Transfer from Boise State?

This morning I was listening to Larry Weirs podcast and he made a reference to Eastern needing more beef on the D-line and getting a 6-5 285 lb. transfer from Boise State.
So I did a googe search and found a article about Robert Cooper accepting a offer to play at EWU. Found the same thing on his twitter page from back on June 16th.
He is not listed on the two deep or even on the roster. Anybody know anything about him?
 
Larry mentioned he got in the game late and the stats sheet had him with a tackle and .5 sacks... That seemed promising considering he only saw about a quarter.

I still don’t see him on the roster or two-deep.

*Edit - I stand corrected, he just magically appeared on there.
 
I saw him listed with a half a tackle on the central stats. He seems to have shrunk as we have him listed as 6'3 and much lighter then I had pictured him transferring in or was originally stated.
