When Tremayne applied for a 6th year, was it granted because he was injured during this redshirt freshman year?

Do you know why he was granted a 6th year? He was granted but it only says he redshirted his freshman year.

Does anyone know if he was injured during his redshirt year or was it just a normal redshirt year?
