U of I Vandal Thread: Why Not FCS?

That's quite a thread. From my perspective, the only reason there are so many Vandals that don't want Weber to come and play them in Moscow is because they know that we'd BEAT THEM!!!



That's my story and I'm stickin' to it.
 
The funny thing is they would be embarrassed to play Weber, right now Weber would TEAR THEM APART in both football and Basketball
 
Idaho won a bowl game last year, so explain to me how we would beat them when we can't beat Colorado State? (who lost to UI by the way) We'd be in good shape in hoops and other sports. That said the debate on their forum is intriguing; and UI should seriously engage in the idea.
 
basketball is annoying they won't play us but they are 1-21 at weber. equally as pathetic as gonzaga in ogden. overall we are 52-20 vs the vandals.

we are 13-18 vs the vandals in football. the 2 best football coaches in vandal history are both weber grads and former weber fball players. :lol:
 
The Vandals, as well as the Agies, fit the Big Sky profile as well as can be. They don't fit the MWC, PAC12, WCC, and the WAC is disintegrating before our eyes. I would love to have them back in the Sky. The Gagies would rather be the worst program in FBS than one of the best in FCS.

The Aggies are too damn proud to stoop to the level of Weber and play at the FCS level. Just ask Bovee, he's an Aggie.
