At risk of jinxing things, NAU has looked good as of late. Here's hoping it carries over to Saturday night vs. U of M.

I do have a suggestion that perhaps taking a shot of whiskey and closing their eyes before taking free throws will help NAU in that department. Start shooting under-handed like Rick Barry. Quit practicing free throws completely to attempt some reverse psychology. Something.

Tied for 3rd after being in 7th place brings no complaints from me.

Great week. GREAT DEFENSE!!! When we play defense we give ourselves a chance to win. When we don't, we give the other team a great chance to win. I love beating Montana :lol: :lol: Specially cause their fans get all bothered about it. Nice job Jacks! 8)
 
Two real tough ones on the road left - N. Colorado and Weber State. The rest will be a challenge strictly due to the fact that winning on the road in this conference is a sketchy proposition.

Tonight was fun. Hope this carries over through the next few weeks.

King - You should head on over to www.egriz.com sometime. It gets snarky at times but there's a lot of fans on there who know their stuff and are pretty cool to chat with. I respect the hell out of their fan support. The voices of reason are just overwhelmed at times by those frothing at the mouth.
