Uniform and Helmet Mockups

Since this has been a discussion lately I thought I would start a thread. Is there a program you all are using to do this? I see the Nike uniform mockups on the web but I don't know where or how these are being done. Since I love uniforms I would like to start making my own mockups, but I don't know where to start.

I use photoshop... there are templates out there (I've found them all on deviantart.com) of the helmets and nike uniforms, think the poster of said PS templates goes by rezland.
