7 teams ahead of Weber have more losses than Weber, guess that goes to show just how weak the Big Sky is this year, Montana has 2 votes
 
I believe it's because of what the teams we have played did over what we did. USU lost to Idaho, BYU had the horrible loss. So because of that our SOS dropped, which in result hurt our RPI as well.
 
I wouldn't put too much stock in this poll. For instance: Akron, which beat Mississippi St and leads the MAC and is # 52 on the RPI is not in the top 25 in this poll, while conference rivals Ohio (RPI 70) and Kent St (RPI 109) are. And by the way, Akron beat both Ohio and Kent.
Think of who votes in this poll and how many games from the teams eligible for this poll these voters have seen.
