USAF Falcon stadium threatened by wildfires

Here's a link which shows just how close the Colorado wildfires are to the Air Force Academy campus and to Falcon stadium. So if we do end up playing over there on Sept. 1, then tickets will be available for purchase on or after August 1, and you may buy them online or you can call the Academy ticket office if you're interested in going. The ISU section will be in the southeastern section of the stadium in rows L-25, L-26, and M-25, and there's a possibility that there may be a Bengal tailgate party before the game.

You could have one hell of a roast over there right now. They can't even count all the homes that have been destroyed. Last I heard is that close to 35,000 people have been evacuated from Colorado Springs. Might be some rain coming tomorrow, let's hope.

Looking at the picture, which I should have done before, I'd say that the Stadium is closer to 2 miles away, if that is any consulation. I have been there and it might even be more, but if it gets down to the bottom of that mountain then everything is in danger. What a tremendous loss of property.
