I know the team has been down this year, but the game against Cal Poly was a vast improvement. Good defense, shots were finally falling, best game of the year so far. Add to that the game against St. Martins (I know, D2 but a good D2) and things are looking much better.

Now we play at undefeated USU, in Logan where it is next to impossible to for WSU win. UTU played them very tough there. USU's defense doesn't look great but their offense is high octane. Spread is USU by 17. USU is the #5 scoring offense in D1, number one in 3 point percentage (45.7) and #3 3 pointers per game (12). Very experienced team, pretty much just play a 8-9 man rotation, and only one sophomore in that group, the rest are mostly seniors including a 7'1" center.

Tall order tonight!
 
It would be great to win. I don't see it happening. I would love to see a close game and not a blowout. Are you headed up north Capt. Tube?
 
Wow! What is happening to this team?! Congratulations to Coach Duft and the team for a dramatic turnaround the last couple of games. First loss for USU. That is a huge win! Aggie fans have experienced losses in both football and basketball to the Wildcats in Logan. I love it!
 
No I didn't go up but now I wish I had! I am the first to eat crow and I've never been happier to do it! And about 10 classless Aggie fans on the front row giving the bird to the Wildcats as they celebrate.

Beat them in Logan in football and now basketball. Reminds me of the t-shirts we made when I was a student and we had beaten the Aggies 3 straight in basketball...It must suck to be USU!
 
This has got to be one of the most satisfying wins of my lifetime. I love seeing how classless USU fans become after losing. So funny! Weber beat the Aggies, their fans and the three clowns in stripes tonight. Good job guys! These players can be special. Just gotta have the right guy leading them.

Always love it when Aggies get beat by Wildcats, mentioned on KSL TV & radio this is the first time since 1978 that Weber State beat Utah State in both football & basketball. Wowsie, no matter what! :thumb:

Hope USU interim AD Jerry Bovee enjoyed it all this year ! :o
 
Amazing win in logan!

Since Jimmy D sunk the half courter in 1993 we have won just 3. Byu has won only 4, utah twice.
