Utah @ Oregon

That was a quick hook..Locki didn't play any better. We have shown everyone a blue print on how to beat them...plus they have no compitant Defensive players...obviously.

Yikes! I wonder if VA ever questions his decision to leave.

I do kind of feel bad for him. It's been such a strange story with him defying all the odds to finally get eligible to play, and then he winds up getting injured in the first game, then playing through injury at Mich St, not playing at all the next game, and finally getting benched in his first Pac-12 start. It's too bad because that broken finger is obviously effecting his throwing and accuracy, and he may not get another chance now.

Yep. I hope he gets another chance but after that curb stomping I could see them going with the freshman.

Now that playing for the NC is probably out of the question, will Helfrich start building for the future with a younger qb?
Helfrich has kind of been riding the coat tails of Chip Kelly, are we seeing what the Helfrich team can do?

I was curious to see what social media was saying about the Ducks loss yesterday, this about sums it up:

"Why did we bring Adams in in the first place? Was there literally no recruiting? Because I am hard pressed to believe there wasn't a JC QB somewhere that would have fit our offensive style AND actually wanted to come to Oregon. Adams is all about Adams. He came for NFL looks."

I'm rooting for Vern but that was hilarious. The writing was on the wall in January that Oregon was not going to have the success they have been accustom to. Bringing in Adams to be their rent-a-QB for the season was a clear sign that they didn't have anything in the cupboard at QB and that was proven against Utah.

You're better than this.

How so? Maybe I should of clarified that the beat down Utah put on them was hilarious, not Adams being benched.

I never have rooted for Oregon and Vernon Adams wont change that.

I'll said it a few times before dating back to when the transfer was announced. VA is a great college QB, and within our system he was GREAT. But at this point he's a pocket passer trying to command a run-spread offense that he has limited experience in, with a broken finger on his throwing hand. I hope his hand heals quickly and he can play well enough to re-gain his starting position. I want him to do well - he's just struggling right now with a lot of things stacked against him. The good news is that there's plenty of season left.

That said, that was a very poor showing by Oregon in their own stadium.

All of this.

Feel for the kid a little but Oregon giving up 62?

Meanwhile...in Cheney...
