if these are the starters and we'll know this week for both teams...i only disagree on trez/grim. grim is a senior and has more experience even though its not a lot. i know grim is no all conf player and may not finish the season as a starter but this year ill give the edge to grim for this early game. this will be trez's 2nd game to start.

im not sure i like the otis vs jardine matchup but i havent seen otis play yet, maybe that is actually a good matchup. overall i do like the matchups especially with no wesley.

Lillard>Pane
Bamforth>Medlin
Bullinger>Thornton
Otis<Jardine
Tresnak>Grim

i also like that we have fulton and mahoney coming off the bench.

Realistically, you guys have to be favored by 10 to 14 this year in Ogden. You have a very good team this year.

none of that matters though when you are going against stew. if it was idaho st, then yes its an automatic win. but as we have seen stew rarely loses to weber. its a huge game for us but the team should be ready for the challenge.

Stew will have his kids ready to go.

I have a hard time thinking that Jardine will start at the 4 and Grim at the 5. I know that is what the Aggie depth chart states, but I'm thinking Jardine will mostly play the 5 and Reed will get the majority of mins at the 4. I could see Bruneel, Thoseby, and Thornton each getting a lot of mins at the 2/3.

The student section could rock if stupid WSU allowed alumni or non-students to sit in the section or buy tickets for it. I buy tickets and am willing to go join you guys in the half-empty student section, but the lame ushers never let me come down and get in on the action. :tothehand:

Come chill in the recent alumni section. We get pretty animated still.

Done and done...

I caught an exchange between Brockeith Pane and Kyle Bullinger last weekend.... it was pretty intense but I feel that K-Bull is correct.

I think 10k is tough on a Tuesday in November. But we drew 4+ for NNM, so maybe we get 8 or 9. It's a defining game for the season. In-state recruiting, local media respect, crowds for the rest of the home games on the line. A great opportunity for our guys. My stomach is already in knots.

I'm still nervous as well. If we have a good game, we win big. If we have an average game we still win. But if we come out like we did against Montana in the semi-final game.... we will lose. Thankfully we have Lillard back who can carry the team when guys go cold. I think Mook is a game changer that brings a dimension to our team that we haven't had since Daviin, speed, power and athleticism. Did you guys see him starting the fast break? Or taking it to the rack?

Does someone know about any ticket deals for Tuesday's game? I can't do their little in-state 3-game package they are offering, but I am trying to find the cheapest way to get two decently-seated tickets. Suggestions?

Paying up is probably going to be your only option. I know when I get free tix from my buddy they are always TERRIBLE seats. Not a big deal if it isn't crowded and the ushers decide not to be Nazi warriors. (I know slightly inappropriate for the Sabbath)

Just added it up and it looks like they have 4000 seats left. Considering that most season ticket holders will give their tickets away if they cannot go, I think it's safe to say that there will be 10,000+ at the game Tuesday night.

best deal you can buy, that is if you are planning to attend at least 3 games, is getting a season tkt or the family pack. its the best deal. it is not too late.
