@ Utah State

... On the plus side (if there is one,) I doubt Wells will take opportunities to run the score up even more like some other @$$ might.

Never mind, apparently Wells is a classless pr1ck too.

USU 70 - WSU 6 (from a last minute turnover by the Aggies)...Pathetic! Anyone see any improvement on the part of the Wildcats? I didn't (when I painfully watched)! Enough said... :ohno:

It's a good thing I was sick today. If I had gone to Logan, I would be in the hospital after seeing a beat down like that 2 weeks in a row. WOW! 140-13 the last 2 weeks. It's good we got the money. Big Sky Conference play can not get here soon enough. Get some rest cats then regroup for conference play and the playoffs....GOOO WILDCATS!

I was embrassed at that game. They way Utah State's cheered when we got first downs. I will try to keep my hopes for the rest of the season but right now I am thinking the money I paid for season tickets was a waste.

Well, that was embarrassing, AGAIN. I've followed Weber football my whole life and have never felt worse about the program than I do now. I'm even starting to wonder why Weber has a football program. If money games like these are nessasary for the program's survival, then it's just not worth it.

:bad: :bad: A beat down like that sucks. But it is a part of life being an FCS team. Don't go overreacting like this. Life goes on. I'd much rather have a football team than not. :tothehand:

Go ahead a toss the coaches in the pathetic category now as well.

Speaking of pathetic, fire Bovee.

Bovee's done a pretty good job, I like where the overall program is going. Just because our fans suck and won't show up to the football games so we have to play these money games and get curb stomped is not all on his head. At least we are currently scheduled to only play 1 money game for the next few years and recruiting will improve with the new indoor facility.

By sitting out Bo and Jordan, Sears conceded the game as a loss. I think this took a lot of courage. Why let your star players go down when a loss is inevitable just to try keeping the score slightly closer? Let's see what Sears can do in the FCS. 1-2 at this point is about as good as we can expect. At least we aren't 0-3. 6 more wins and it's on to the playoffs!!!

Optimistic outlook and hopefully happens but there are some GLARING stats that sound the alarm to us doubters. Losing to FBS (instate or outside) opponents is excusable but not by the margins of the last two weeks. Granted that USU & U are talented teams, but none of us expected a 9-10 touchdown margin beating! Granted there were missing starters in both games for the undermanned Wildcats but the 8 suspended may not be back anytime soon. There was some UGLY play from Weber on both sides of the ball, even Sears has admitted some things need corrected (heard that several times before & little changed in the next weeks). Will be interesting to see the game vs. McNeese St...obviously the offense needs to be productive on downs & scoring and the defense needs some major work done!!! :-( :twocents:

I didn't watch the game, as I was busy watching WSU Hockey beat down BYU. After looking at the box score, I saw that Bo Bolen only had two carries one kick return. Did he get hurt early in the game? Or did Sears simply hold him out once the rout was on, saving him for this week against McNeese?
