UW's Sankey to turn pro...

With Sankey and Jenkins leaving early, Price graduating and a new coach I can see us going into Husky stadium and making things VERY uncomfortable for the home crowd in 2014!

RR, If the new coach wasn't Petersen(not they needed him in their bowl win) and if they didn't have Miles waiting in the wing at QB and having a stable of good RB's/WR's I'd completely agree with you.

EWU has been competitive in each of their Pac 12 games they've played over the years. But I very highly doubt the Huskies will be looking past the Eagles after what happened to the Beavers. That being said, it will be a big upset as usual if EWU can pull it off, but I think they will have a chance, and those unknowns and changes in the Huskies team and coaching staff may improve those chances slightly.

Am excited to see the new OL come together in spring ball. Got a lot of talent there. Losing a lot of experience on DL too. Glad to see 3 verbals on DL so far, wouldn't be surprised to see more depth being added there. Not sure what UW is losing on D, they look a lot faster this season then in 2011; probably a reflection of the DC who is now leaving for USC. Protect VA, make some room for the running game; EWU can compete. Not sure we can slow down UW. Miles looked very good in limited play, guessing he will be better with Jonathan Smith coaching him up.

People won't be surprised by EWU's offense next year. They will be ready. Doesn't mean ewu won't be productive, but they wont be surprised on 3rd down. They've got 15 games on VA as a starter.
