• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.
  • Hi Guest, want to participate in the discussions, keep track of read/unread posts and more? Create your free account and increase the benefits of your eGriz.com experience today!

Just in case any of you haven't heard, former ISU AD Paul Bubb is now employed by Murray State, where he's the Associate Athletic Director for External Affairs, which is a fundraising position. Here's a link to his profile on the MSU website:

Also, former ISU Coach Brian McNeely is employed by Florida Atlantic University as the Associate Athletic Director, which also involves a lot of fundraising. FAU's football team recently beat Central Michigan in the Motor City Bowl, and their coach is Howard Schnellenberger. Here's a link to a profile about Brian:

I sit next to Paul at the Basketball games and duing the Idaho ISU game I did get to talk to him regarding his new job in Kentucky....He is very excited. Will be a great move for him. Murray state is a good program. Maybe down the road, ISU and Murray State can get on a home and home deal. They have always been a top D 1AA program in football.

As for McNeely....Times at ISU got much much better after he left....esp. in regards to, we do not see as many HONOR students as we did when he/BMc was at ISU as head coach...HONOR Students as in ' YES YOUR HONOR, NO YOUR HONOR.." I WILL NOT DO THAT AGAIN YOUR HONOR...DO NOT SEND ME TO JAIL YOUR HONOR.." They had plenty of bad kids during his coaching years. I for one did not like seeing my alma have that kind of a rep.....Since he has been gone from ISU...it has not been that bad. Z will not put up with any of this kind of behaivor and Larry Lewis did not have that many problems...Kids must represent their school / employer on and off the field.
