• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.
  • Hi Guest, want to participate in the discussions, keep track of read/unread posts and more? Create your free account and increase the benefits of your eGriz.com experience today!
  • Guest, do want an ad free experience on BigSkyFans.com among other benefits? Upgrade your account today!

Thanks for the continued support. Cheers!

Venky

Venky was hurt last night in the game. Does anyone know what his status is?

As of post game, Coach Hayford indicated it would be a bit before they can get a good idea, basically said they have to wait and see how he feels this morning and tomorrow morning. Venky said he is going to be fine, but that could be just youthful over-confidence.

We will know more before the game tomorrow is my guess.

* According to head coach Jim Hayford, junior Venky Jois will be a "game-time decision" after the 6-foot-8 forward left the Portland State game midway through the first half and didn't return.

That is a good indicator that the ankle is not a high ankle sprain and he should recover by next week if he misses tomorrow night, at least we can hope so!

No Venky against SS. Great to see the other guys play as well as they did, especially Bogdan even in a loss. Still Venky is so fun to watch with his tenacious play. Hope he can heal soon.
