VA's big math test is Thursday at 12:00 PM PST. He will know shortly after 1:00 whether he is a Duck, or whether he's on the streets...

He could possibly go back to EWU, but he's burned all his bridges there. Otherwise, he'd be out in the cold one math class shy of a Degree - ouch...

I didn't even know there was a problem.

That kinda-sorta reminds me of former Duck Norm Van Brocklin (of LA Rams and Philadelphia Eagles fame). The Rams wanted to draft him as a future, but that was apparently against the rules. According to the rules at the time, a guy could be drafted only when his class had graduated or when HE had graduated. The Dutchman was short one PE class, and Oregon didn't offer it during the summer, so he had to look for someone who DID, or the League was going to invalidate the Ram's pick. Turns out that his trip to LA was saved by VASSAR.
