Yea from China according to rumers. The whole thing got started when he found out his girlfriend was cheating on him from what I've heard.
 
From what I've heard, the authorities have not yet concluded that there was only one shooter.

Its possible that there was one shooter in the dorm, and a diffewrent shooter in the engineering building.

So that would indicate that someone is at large? shooter #2 is still out there?

I dunno, it's odd.

The police said that they have not yet concluded that there was only one shooter.

But they also said that there is no shooter at large.

So I guess it's just a waiting game to get confirmation.
