Weber meltdown

Just checking scores and saw that Weber had lost so went to look at their forum, man, what a meltdown, talk about firing their coach and just general ranting going on. I guess they don't feel so high and mighty right now.

Your post made me curious to look at their fan board. Guessing that basketball is the king of all sports at Weber State with their great success in b ball in the Big Sky and their great facility on campus and fan support. Hard to them to go down to 3 out of conference Utah schools as they are upset with that .

Nothing else to say.

Just curious.

That Weebs loss to UVU is probably the worst one of the conference so far. And that includes a montucky loss at SJSU and two home losses by NAU to MEAC foes.
The BSC is absolutely dreadful this season.

Hornets just need to take care of business in the Nest and get some wins on the road and we should be fine when it's time to head up the hill to Reno when March rolls around. 8-)

Weber is a little version of Kansas, Kentucky or UNC where basketball is king, despite having a football program. It's rare, but they're out there. Think it has to do with all their past success and tourney runs.

Yep

Basketball is king at Weber State indeed.

WSU has been the premiere basketball school for a long, long time.

Top fan base, top facility, top teams over many decades in the Big Sky.

Excellent basketball program.
