Weber State at N’Western State

This is their easiest road game on paper…so if they don’t win this one, a losing season is almost all but assured.

It’s tough to get back on the horse…not because they lost, but the way they lost and how Mental basically avoided responsibility.

I was getting excited for this season on how last season ended…but not sure if there is improvement going on. By the way, the failure to move on from Weisser earlier last season is another mark against Mental. I’m trying to be patient, but not seeing the boat turn. The offense still has trouble scoring against talented teams…I was hoping Mental’s offense would start showing some punch by now.

I expect a win today. Opponent looks like a crappy team. Should win it on the O line/front 7 D. But forget competing against the top of the Big Sky, there won’t be any Idaho wins this year. Speaking of Idaho, have you checked out their coach? Fat dudes seem to make great coaches and oddly enough, great offensive play callers. How weird is that? Fat dudes, who never touch the ball, are better play callers/offensive minds than the talent players. I’m over Mental, so hoping we get a fat coach who played O line..

Northwestern State is brutal.

Hopefully Sharp is benched for the game for showboating and getting a TD taken off the board.

Wow…N’Western State looked pretty bad. Wildcats get the shutout…can’t remember a road shutout for a while.

McNeese State will be much better, so hopefully they don’t get overconfident. Really needed to run the table these three games. Oh well..just win all the Big Sky games and I will forget the Lamar debacle.
