Not sure if that will be much of a factor. If anything, we'll see sleet at the worst. As for us, we practice in that, a lot. I was looking at the weather for the griz/cat game, high of 23, low of 9. Yikes.
Should be around 40 for us on Saturday.

Well, I guess Weber State just has our number. Bad sign when you deflect their punt and it ends up getting a bounce to go over 30 yards.
First off. The 1991 uniforms. Two words: bad ass. Brought back some memories.
Up 3 in the 4th quarter with 8:51 to go and wheels just fell off of the wagon. Sort of ripped my frozen heart out after the fantastic 3rd quarter that we played.
I think the game changers were that WSU went 2/2 on 4th down conversions and that pick we threw in the 4th.
Onto the things that were good:
Davis was a nice surprise in the backfield. I was a bit concerned about the Willie/Liley backfield today. Not to slight Willie, but I think he would really do well in a Tim Walsh type offense, but not so much in the pistol. He likes to stutter step and try to find a seam, but that's not what the pistol is about.
Kudos to Vaiese's family and friends. Their section was loud and proud all game long. Way to send your senior out.
I think Rau and Latu made every tackle today. 21 tackles combined.
Interesting that the officials asked for the music to stop when Weber was in their offensive formation. It was neat to hear some noise from the crowd after that.
All in all, 7-4 is better than 2-9. The ship is pointed in the right direction.
PS. Dear Jeld Wen Field people. You may want to change the kegs in the Root Sports area. I think every Widmer beer was flat and sour at halftime. Yuch.

Here's my analysis for the game:
We got gashed by Weber's running game in the first half, which definitely hurt us down the stretch. At least we kept their passing game honest throughout.
At least it wasn't sleeting like they were forecasting. That would have made things really interesting, yet it would have been that much colder.
CK can pass when he gets the chance to! I heard that he got over 300 yards through the air.
Didn't see a whole lot of Willie today. Davis was doing most of the carries.
Much better attendance this game over the last one. It was nice to hear some crowd noise for once, and what was up with that "music" thing? Was the ref jealous that we actually had fan support for once?
Whoever called that fake field goal should be ashamed of themselves. Brown is a hell of a kicker, not a runner, and you typically don't run fakes like that when you need 10 yards for a first down in a tie game. What a horrible call, especially since Weber was all over our special teams today.
Where was our running game? CK couldn't find space, and his arm kept us in it. We just couldn't open up running lanes today. Weber had our number in the trenches.

Great game on Saturday guys, you guys have a great team and the Fieldgoal kicker WOW, nothing else can be said about that guy.
I hope to see you guys next year on our schedule, I now we dont play, but maybe we will schedule each other as out of conference. Here's hoping anyway.
