Any Weber fans making the drive up from Phoenix/Tucson for Lumberjacks-Wildcats hoops on March 2nd? I'm planning a day trip up the mountain.

Good time talking hoops with your fanbase when I attended the 2008 Big Sky tourney in Portland.
 
If you remember I was the one going freakin nuts on the sideline when NAU beat Weber. And then I got escorted out of the Rose Garden after getting yelled at by Buzzcut... man those were good times! :coffee: :coffee: very questionable call against Dez Harris :coffee: :coffee:
 
I'll most likely be making the drive up the mountain to Flag for the Weber - NAU game. We went last year and had a good time. Just glad they have moved the games out of the Rolle Center and back to the dome. Rolle Center is not made for Div 1 Basketball games... I haven't got my tix yet but likely will be going. Anyone else making the trip?

Don't remember the specifics other than NAU got a big call @ the end in their favor. Closely contested game and I had a blast chatting hoops with Weebs fans nearby. Don't worry...karma came back to bite NAU when Northern Colorado got 35 free throws to NAU's 17 in the 2011 semifinals and the Jacks lost by 3.

Zonacat - I'll keep my eyes open for Weber fans @ the game.
 
ONE OF THE MORE BEAUTIFUL DUNKS I'VE EVER SEEN WAS BY MY BOY NIC SPARROW OVER NAU's KELLY GOLOB ON A BREAK AWAY DUNK... HIS PICTURE WAS HANGING UP FOR YEARS AT THE BURGER KING BY WEBER STATE... GOLOB GOT POSTERIZED, AND IT WAS OH SO B-E-A-UTIFUL!!! :coffee: :coffee:

I went to the Weber/NAU game last year and had a good time. There was quite a big weber fan turnout, lots of family of the players showed up. Lillard and Tres had family there. I'm pretty sure Fulton's family was there as well. Hmm.... maybe I'll "have the flue" that day to get out of work. The dome sounds like a better venue too.
