Weber State wins [@ ISU]

After all that Weber won even with the refs trying to let Idaho State back in the game they won. We helped them too but why whould we pass it from the victory formation.

I've never seen an ugly win, but that one was about as homely as you can get without being butt ugly.

the 4th Q made it a fun game. i wonder how good of a team we would be if we could not have any turnovers. i think only 1 was a bad higgins pass; i dont know how fumbled but a couple picks seemed like the ball bounced off of players.

we won by 3 pts and isu's kicker went 2-6 fg's.

the refs made it feel like a big sky basketball game. how did the game look to those watching online?
it really sucked seeing maurice neal's 90 yd pick 6 get called back for the clip right before he scored. was it really a clip?

may fav part was when we fumbled downing the ball at the end and the ref said it was an incomplete pass and so it was isu 1st down even though that happened on our 3rd down. lol. because of that though we almost went to ot. luckily isu' kicker missed THREEE FG'S IN THE 4TH Q!!

“That’s all we worked on for two weeks,” said a frustrated McBride. “Then it shows up in the fricking game. ‘What is this?’

“I’m glad [Garcia missed]. I didn’t want to go into overtime with these guys. I nearly had another heart attack.”

Yesterday, the offense was AWFUL and I'm trying to be nice. Cam has better options. Philips keeps running the wrong routes...two of the INT's were his fault yesterday. Also, WTF is with the drawplays? Is that the extent of OC's imagination? Pathetic play calling, terrible preparation, coming off a bye week, and even worse discipline; 10 penalties for 125yards???

I think its time for Hammer to be replaced. We can all tell that Mac has virtually taken over the defense. Its getting better.

I've been screaming this for the past 5 weeks. I love Hammer, but he isn't getting the job done. He's an excellent coach but he's a terrible play-caller. The defense has all the elements to be good except toughness. Sedillo is the only one out there that attacks the line of scrimmage. Everyone else catches and lets the ball carrier fall forward for 2-3 yards. We've lost a lot since losing our coaching staff from 2008, Coach Mac decided to give these young coaches a shot, but they aren't getting in done. They may be good position coordinators, but seem to have tunnel-vision, deer in the headlight syndrome come game-day.

This game reminded me alot of our b-ball game vs the Bengals in the very same building last year, ISU missed several free throws that would have won them the game, this time they missed several field goals that would have won them the game.

I know its a rivalry, but that game even though it was a win was depressing.
