Weber State

Would love to but I live in Maryland and am still snowed in (though the 4, potentially 5 day weekend is nice).

So are any of you coming to the game this weekend.

I'll be there. The owner of one of the bars in Greeley is chartering a bus for some UNC students to head to Ogden.

that is cool to hear. can someone bring me a UNC shirt or want to do a swap? PM me or reply to this post.

I am really stoked that you guys are bringing students. Bus trips are fun. You'll have a great time. Chartered busses are sweet. We had to take those crappy Weber State busses and they'd always break down. One time, a Weber bus broke down in front of the freakin University. lol  lol  I met a few Northern Colorado fans when they came to a Weber football game. Good people!

Bengal hater I think you are referring to meeting My friends and I when we went to Ogden for the game a couple years ago.. LOL Small world!

BTW Gobears10 where can someone find out info on this bus trip if we wanna try to make the trip out to Ogden too??

Whiskey River and The Wing Shack are sponsoring a pep bus for UNC students to travel to the men's basketball game against Weber State on Saturday in Ogden, Utah.

Tickets for the bus trip are $40, which includes round trip fair, a buffet lunch and game ticket to watch the Bears (19-5, 8-3 Big Sky) take on the Wildcats (15-8, 9-2 Big Sky).

For more information, contact Corey Dyben at 719-229-2614.

My only advice is spread the word and take advantage of the opportunity. You never know when this could happen again. My best memories of college was basketball games and road trips! We had 2 bus trips during my 4 years. 2002-2006. These past 2 years WSU has had 7 student trips, current students at wsu are very lucky. The reason why they have it so good is they have an official organization the Purple Pak and they have a good advisor that makes things happen.

Also, you will have great seats behind the hoop, front row, at the game

Section Q front row or probably the entire section. That is the road section.

we can promise 2 things, our fans will be hospitable and there will be good weather, this is a pic of NAU students that came to the NAU at WSU fball game a few months back LOL! It was a little snowy.

Yeah for anyone going WSU fans are very nice and the atmosphere is fantastic! More details about the trip that I found out is, it's only a maximum of 56 people that are able to sign up and go so hopefully they can pack the bus! They leave Greeley at 9 am at Whiskey river and return Sunday Morning..The $40 gets you tickets a lunch buffet and round trip fare obviously.

PS: we are spreading the word as fast possible
