Weber Women get a commit

I do not see a specific forum for Weber Women's basketball but I have heard of a commit to Weber from Missoula Loyola High school. here is what i wrote on my Blog

Jordan Pfau commits to Weber State

I have heard that Missoula Loyola’s Jordan Pfau has committed to Weber State. I do not believe that neither Montana State nor Montana really recruited Pfau very hard, but I think she was getting some attention as a walk-on prospect. Despite this a lot of people who I know in Missoula really thought both programs were missing out on a great talent, although I have to admit I have never seen her play.

Jordan Pfau played for Loyola High school in Missoula last season and played for Arlee in her before that. She is a 5-9 guard who I was hearing last spring and this summer was getting a few D-1 looks. She is a heck of an athlete and I hear was also getting looks for Volleyball and track. She averaged around 13 points, 5 assists and 8 rebounds a game, but it also been know to rack up double digits in steal and blocks in any given game.

I have heard that the girls Montana high school ranks were deep this year in talent, and Pfau, joins Tory Hill, Carly Selvig, Kellie Cole, Jordan Sullivan, and Lexi Nelson as athletes who have also signed with D-1 team (Montana). Phau may not be the last athlete either, there are a few other women in the state who could get some looks before the season end including Jackie Mee of Libby high school.

mslacat,

Keep up the good work on your blog. We can start a new forum for women's hoops. Interesting that WSU would be getting a committment from the state of Montana for any sport.

(Our recruiting page on WeberHoops.com is falling behind and I'm getting a lot of heat for it!)
