Week 2 PDX Watch Party

Anyone know of any Portland bars showing the game or watch parties? I'd love to get together with some other Eags for our first win of the season!

Since the game isn't being broadcast - except for on a very minor webcast and on some cable station no one seems to have- I doubt it translates to a watch party.

I'm a little surprised SWX hasn't picked it up?

what side of town to live on? I live in SW. and i thought dopa and i were the only eastern fans in this concrete jungle? I usually stream the feed onto a wall in my nerdary via a projector.

It seems odd that this MidCo company hasn't sold the broadcast to someone in the NW. I mean, that's what TV compnaies do, sell broadcast rights to programming. Even if someone like Comcast Sports or SWX paid $5000, it's still $5000 more than you'd have not selling rights to this area.

I called some of the local Portland pubs, none of them agreed to carry the game if I offered up the webfeed code... sorry...

Thanks a lot for trying Troy!

I'm also in SW, in the shadow of the Burlingame Freddie's. I moved down last fall. Maybe we can convince Macadams to throw up a game on one of their screens sometime.

I'm over by PCC campus barbur/capitol highway. less than 5 minutes apart. I would think one of the PSU bars (cheerful tortoise?) would show an EWU without complaints. esp if we brought a few people.
