• Hi Guest,

    We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

    With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

Q: What the #$%& happened!?

Answer: http://www.hornetsports.com/sports/wvball/coach/bio.asp?COACH_ID=20" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Kinda reminiscent of what happened at UOP when John Dunning went to Stanford. Jayne Gibson-McHugh, a former Tiger star and US National Team member, was a good assistant coach, but was clearly in over her head as a head coach. UOP never approached a national title again, ended their string of nearly 30 years making the NCAA Tournament, and now isn't even a threat to win the league title.

At Sac, Debby Colberg is perhaps the northern equivalent of Dunning; the things she did with little talent were nothing short of amazing. As soon as she retires, the program drops off the map. I can only hope that Sac can find a new coach who not only knows Xs and Os but can RECRUIT.

I saw the Davis match, the Aggies did everything they could to give it away in the final three games, Davis is in shape though, girls were 100% buff, we don't look like a conditioned team, slow, obviously out of gas in the end.
