What would you do? Starting 5

So far this season, I haven't really invested much time in the team. I'm hoping Duft proves me and a number of other naysayers wrong, and builds a good program. He's got some work to do to restore excitement in Weber State Men's Basketball. No matter, he has the tools to do it. There is talent on this team, if used right, they could become really dangerous and fun to watch. However, as I'm writing Wright State just took a 20 point first half lead into the half after scoring 50 points, ugh!

Personally, and in no way am I an expert on this, but it might be interesting to adjust the starting 5. So far, I would have Daniel Rouzan on the floor more. Next, Duft needs a point guard. Ballard is not that guy. He is good but he is not a PG. Dinwiddie might be able to become one, but he isn't one right now. That means KJ is needed. Is he a defensive liability though? No matter, he is the only guy who can play PG right now. Dillon Jones is the guy and should start and the other two spots should go to Verplanken and Ballard. SO, it might not be a bad thing to try a starting lineup of:
Cunningham
Ballard
Verplanken
Jones
Rouzan

Dinwiddie, Tew, Porter and Koehler are the next guys to take the floor. Louie Jordan and Tamba could be used in a pinch.

Biggest issues this season, from what I can assess (like I said, it is limited) defense has been soft, shot selection and ball movement sloppy, and rebounding limited. Fellas, I'm afraid this season could get away from us really quickly. A loss to Utah Tech on our floor would be embarrassing.

After Utah Tech’s performance in Logan, I would not be surprised if they do beat the Wildcats in Ogden.
