Where the heck was the student section?

With all the effort setting up the tailgates, wildcat walk and pep rallies maybe I have come to expect too much. I know we only have one win but with a little marketing on campus and online, we should easily be able to get a decent section for this game. Somebody is getting compensated to get things going and they completely dropped the ball. How the heck do we go from huge sections the first two games, to what we had today? We are way better than this!

I usually sit on the east side with the students. For this game it looked like the purple pack stayed home or was very disorganized. Someone either forgot to reserve the section for them or they arrived too late.

Additionally, Jerry Bovee decided to charge an extra $5 per seat premium on top of the latest price increase. We paid it, but only because we were already at the stadium. However, I probably would have told him to shove it had I known in advance. I won't be screwed again. Its not like they are selling out the place to watch a playoff contender let alone a 1 win team.
