I was at the ESPN website and the "Bracket Specialist" has us playing our first round game in Little Rock against Texas. It will be interesting to see if the selection commitee agrees with him and the game actually happens.

Any other predictions?

CBS Sportsline has the Viks as a 16, which would be much worse. Wisconsin beat Texas on their home court, so I'm convinced they're significantly weaker than the 1s. I could see PSU sticking with Texas for a while, but I don't wanna see Kevin Love again.

Won't Love again from what I understand the dont rematch teams that have already played in the regular season in the first round.

Latest check of the ESPN Bracketology has us in the Western Regional at a #15 seed against a #2 Wisconsin. That would put WiViking on the horns of a delima.

Haha. Unfortunately, the Vikings do not match up well with the Badgers. Way too much size and defense. However, I think the Vikings have a chance to keep it close if the opponent is balanced accross the board and likes to run.

I've been watching the first half of the Wisconsin-Illinois game. Great team. Very athletic, strong defense. Not entirely unbeatable but definitely a brutal opponent.

Well I geuss if we are going to play, there is no shame in playing the best. Whether we win or lose, I hope to hear Kansas fans to say Portland State was one of the toughest opponents we played all year.
