Does any one have Direct TV, and get the BIG TEN package, if so will the Weber game be on it, and if so when does the party start?

I had originally planed to go to this game at Illinois and visit my brother-in-law who lives out there, but some other things have come up so sad to say. So anyway I will be watching this game thanks to my sling box, what a great invention that is.

So I know that the cats have got to get out and play the Utes first. But lets look at the Fighting Ill.
The first thing that I saw is that this team is good. They have beat some Big Conferance games. They have victories over Arizona State, Oklahoma State, Hawii, and Northeastern. Thier only loss is to the Mighty Duke Blue Devils. So they are 4-1 going into this game, with one game in between now and Weber. They will play Maryland.

When Ill. gets into the bench they are not a good team. That is shown by the shot charts. In the game against OK. State, the starters took 34 of the teams 47 shoots. The starters also shot well from behind the arch, 10-17.

Most of the scoring that from this team comes from their big boys. Both Brian Randle, a 6-8 power forward, and Shaun Pruitt thier 6-10 center shoot the ball a lot. These are big fellows that like to get down in the blocks, and pound it out with thier opponents bigs. The plus with this is that both of these guys get into foul trouble.

The other thing about this team is that they score some points. They average 70 points a game right now, and are only giving up about 60 points. Weber Averages 66 points a game.

I know that this is not as good as I have been able to do in the past, but with finals week coming, and all of the big papers due, I did not have a lot of time today. If I get more I will add more. i will try to watch Ills. game vs Maryland, so that I can get a better fill for them.

Illinois basketball head coach, Bruce Weber's younger brother Dave, played 2 seasons at WSU. He red-shirted in 1980-81 after transferring from Wisconsin-Milwaukee then played in 1981-82 and 1982-83

thats definitely interesting. He played for one of our best coaches. Was he part of one of our championship teams?
