Continue to be a good consistent basketball program, or after one good season fade away like so many other Big Sky programs?

I think they fade, but I would like for them to stay consistent.
 
Next year's top 3 teams in the Big Sky will be 1-Weber 2-Montana 3-Eastern Wash (if their players stick around) UNC will be middle or bottom of the conference next year.
 
Hmmm...good question. Personally, I think UNC has two rebuilding years ahead of themselves. They will make the tournament next year, but UNC fans are expecting the same thing that happened this year to occur again next year. All I can say to them is...enjoy the moment it might not happen again for a bit. I don't know how good of a coach BJ is either. Yes, he won a Big Sky championship, but he did it with Boyles' team, a team that already knew what they were suppose to do.
