it no longer shows the winner of WSU/UNI hosting the title game. not sure if this means anything or not.

The announcer on the Eastern Carolina/Evansville game said the winner ( East Carolina) would be going to either Ogden UT or Cedar Falls for the Finals.

I don't recall any of them visiting Ogden to play us. They may have come as part of the big dance.

none ever have. wow, 50 yrs. looks like we have played them twice in the rahe era and 3 other times prior.

UTEP (Texas Western) won the national title in 1966, there was a movie made about the team. why wasn't weber on that movie? we would have been one of their early home games that year. :mrgreen: maybe joe pesci would have played dick motta.
