Jamie Martin or Cam Higgins? Trevyn Smith for sure. How about Lee White at the other RB?
Jamie Martin without question. Cam may be a record holder in several categories, but if I had a game on the line, Martin was more dependable in clutch situations. Higgins really only had one stellar season as compared to Martin's consistently good career.
I had a tough time deciding at running back, but couldn't deny Smith's overall body of work. White would be my next choice. Unga would be in there too, but I thought he deserved a nod as a return man. He didn't do it much, but when he did, he was electrifying. :yikes:

Uhh, if you're going to leave off the McQuistan twins then you have failed to recognize the two best offensive linemen to ever have played at WSU.

I definitely considered the McQuistans, but when it comes down to it, calling them the best offensive lineman to ever have played at WSU is a gross exaggeration. They were good and on most teams they would make the list, but Weber State has pumped out a lot of great offensive lineman over the years (Paul Carpenter also comes to mind).
And nobody has dominated the tackle position quite like Hale and Covernton did.

I understand most of you were not around when Lee White was playing here and i admit it was a whole different time and era, it is too bad we don't have access to great old games and great old athletes on dvd unless someone knows something i don't, in reality Lee was to football what Willie sojurner was to basketball around here at an early tender time when we were trying for any kind of recognition. Lee had not only the state talking but a good part of the country talking Weber State Football . In my humble opinion he was Mr Weber State Football, not only would i put him down for the no. 1 RB but he was the epitome of it , BIG,STRONG AND FAST! I have no problems with all the other selections its just that this one is to obvious if you were lucky enough to be around to watch this man run and block, truly a man among boys. :o

Like most of the members on here I did not see any WSU football prior to the 90's. McQuistans should be on your list and I'd take Higgins for QB. I would have Toone at punt and kick return but he only did it for 1.5 seasons compared to Ete's 3.5 seasons.
