Perhaps a trip to Grand Forks will raise the chances the Wildcats have to grasp that first win? U. North Dakota is 1-4 in BSC, with a win against Portland St. ? (uh-oh!). But lost at EWU 54-3 in their last game. SUU beat them earlier 35-17. Even though an away game, maybe if the Wildcats can play good football for more than 1 Qtr. (as in 4 full Qtrs.) the game just might end the losing nightmares! :) GO CATS !!!
 
I feel your pain, when you consider all the miserable years that ISU's had for quite some time. UND isn't playing very well this year and you probably do have a good chance to win this weekend.
 
AlumniWSU, you are quite the fan. I respect that! Watching Weber State Football has become a painful process. Hard to believe that six years ago the Cats were a team fighting for a conference championship, and now, we are fighting not to be at the bottom. 3 games left! I really hope the Cats get the ship turned around by the end of the season. More than anything this team, staff, and university need a win and badly.
 
On to the next one. If WSU can figure out how to throw the ball AND run the ball in the same game, they might have something going. North Dakota is certainly a winnable game as they are also on hard times. I hope for the sake of the guys on the team that they can get a win and SOON.

UND is down to their 3rd string QB AND 2 of their WR's quit the team in the last few days. The one WR was a starter.
Dammnit WSU, man up and win this game!!!!!
 
Looks like it'll be a defensive battle. UND's defense is one of the best in the league. Sure EWU destroyed them, but they're stronger at home. I imagine it'll be a low scoring affair.
 
I'm going out on a limb here and saying that Weber is changing their three year record to 5-27 today! I'm sure the players will be excited to have the monkey off their backs, though. NoCo looks to be another very winnable game next week too. Off to the BBall game-- I like Weber's chances against Western too :lol:
 
Great win!!! I'm proud of these players and how they haven't quit! Let's get 2 more wins and carry some momentum into next season!

Way to get over the hump and on the road no less. Defense was VERY good and the offense didn't shoot themselves in the foot. Sucks that Darryl Denby got hurt hopefully he will have a fast recovery and come back even stronger next season.
