Why is the athletic department so f-ing lazy and incompetent? I really have not met a more lazy and worthless group ever.
These guys don't give 2 shits about Weber State sports, all they care about is their paycheck. Get rid of the whole damn group and lets get people in there that care.
Do we even have a marketing department? = Ben, and who knows who else, they really do suck!
Wildcat club is lazy= Becky Thompson
SID is a total moron= B-rad Larsen
in game promotions absolutely suck!= Joe Strand and who knows who else, we all know how bad they suck!!

Dear Jerry Bovee, it's time to start holding these people accountable, make them do their jobs or hire people who can get the job done.
 
I infrequently post on this forum but I read it on a daily basis. I do not endorse any negativity but I do approve of constructive criticism or positive advice. How about some things we can do to advance and progress our programs or ways to improve them? Do any of you have any of these ideas? We have a school to be proud of and the stadiums should be full every game. We have a great product these days. I’ve seen so many seasons at this school I do know when we are in the up. We are up right now!

Fo Shizzle we need to back up our criticism with some ideas. Here are just a few of mine:
1. wsu sports needs to collaborate more with other student organizations (including lds institute) and come up with ideas to get them more involved in sporting events (could improve half time/timeout entertainment and attendance)
2. it seems like the city of Ogden and weber state sports should also do more collaborating. If Ogden City did a little more to promote wsu sports, wsu athletics would make more money, thus bringing in more money to the city. it's a win-win.
3. I would really like to see a special student family night package once in a while. So many of wsu students are married (and poor) and have 2 or 3 kids. If these little families could get into a game for ten bucks once in a while, I think that would do a lot to improve attendance.

I thought I did give positive advice, that is clean house and bring in people who care and have a passion for the work.
Our attendance has sucked ever since Chad Gerritty left the marketing department and Shay Wyatt left the Wildcat Club. Those 2 guys had energy and a passion for the job.

shouldn't this post be moved to other topics/smack talk? Besides CatCat, I hear you prompted OgdenGodFather to start this thread again, is this true? Or is OgdenSod pulling a Tal?
