• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

WSU SAAC Shoe Drive - Win an iPad Mini

Hey guys,

I wanted to let you know about something that our Student-Athlete Advisory Committee is doing. As part of a Big Sky conference-wide competition, we are participating in a shoe drive. We will be collecting new and gently worn shoes for all ages and genders at the men's basketball games on Feb. 9, 11, 14, and 16. At the SUU game on Feb. 9, there will be a contest in which you have a chance to win an iPad mini. For every pair of shoes (or $5 contribution), you will receive a piece of paper that you will use to create a paper airplane that will be thrown at halftime. Whoever lands their airplane closest to the target on the floor will win an iPad mini.

So, please check your closets and bring any shoes you're willing to donate to the games on the dates above. Donations will be provided to the Ogden women's shelter and to Strider's. Strider's has an existing community donation program that works with multiple Ogden-area charities.

Also, please check out a video that our SAAC members made to promote the collection. It's really funny. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1PKbhy9I0_w

Contact me via email in my signature if you have any questions.

Also, please spread the word to your family & friends. We finished second to SUU in the t-shirt collection in fall, and we want to win for the spring.
