WSU Seniors, 2011-12

i feel bad for the seniors. they never got to go to the big dance. i will miss mahoney, what a cool guy to know. crazy to think he was recruited by cravens back when even i was only a soph at wsu and i have been graduated fro 6 years. LOL!!!!!!!!

i feel really bad for bullinger. he was robbed of his senior season by a freak injury. he would have averaged a double double all year in big sky play if he was healthy. he was a deserving lowe's senior class award candidate in the preseason. very sad to see him come back from the injury and clearly see he was never close to 100%.

they were hard workers and gave all they had.

the thing i like best about rahe players is they are always better people than players.

and then their is our honorary senior, damian lillard. as the most public of wsu athletes, there hasnt been a better student-athlete embassador for our school. great athlete, hard worker, very mature. same goes for bamforth, both very mature for such a young age. great people to have on a basketball team. even following them on twitter over the past year they never made any mistakes or acted like they were really only 21-22 yrs old. i wish i was as mature when i was their age (or even now).

it is always sad to see the seniors go. i am glad they are all leaving weber with college diplomas. this was not always the case before rahe.

it was hard to watch the team lose to the griz twice. nothing we can say or do will make that better other than what if bull & mook were 100% all year...

It is really tough watching three players who have accomplished so much, worked so hard, and given their all leave. All three Mahoney, Bull, and Dame are class acts. They are great ambassadors for our school and program. Weber should be really proud of these three. Thank you for coming to Weber State and giving your all. You deserve all the best.
