Re: Montana @ Weber, Quarterfinal

I don't think we could have asked for better Weber State weather. Our D was reading Sneeds eyes and it paid off. This was a good win for the program.

Re: #SelloutStewart

We won the game! Time to put that God awful hype video back up as parting gift to the Griz fans.

The crowd was better than I expected considering the weather. It's good when an opponent brings a loud group of fans as well. Like it or hate it, Montana being relevant is good for our conference.

Re: #SelloutStewart

This is the dream match up we have been waiting for, but the griz are talking about turning our stadium into "WaGriz South." We need to do everything we can to make sure it does not happen! I've already invited around 20 friends. It's been easy to get them excited by telling them how dirty Montana ...

Re: What's Killing Wildcat Basketball

As much as I would like to place the blame on the conference or other factors, coach is the one killing Wildcat basketball. Here is Randy in 2012 after the win at Dayton talking about everything that his current team isn't. Doesn't take long to see the areas that have fallen off. https://youtu.be/FA...

Re: Gulf Coast Showcase

It’s only taken four tries, but the Cats finally put together an above average effort. Losing by 1 to Murray and scoring more than 60 points against a DI is success. One more pass might have been the difference. Nonetheless, a loss is still a loss. On to tomorrow. We should have had this one. Here ...

Re: Gulf Coast Showcase

We just need to regroup and get back at it tomorrow! I think coach tried some combinations that worked in the second half! I’m glad that Harding is back in the line up. Cunningham seems to have potential. Hate to lose Nero, but got to trust that Coach is putting on the floor the best players that g...

Re: Gulf Coast Showcase

John and Harding are a combined 4 for 20. And yet we had no minutes for Nero.

Re: Looking Ahead

We will be lucky if we win one game in Florida. Wright State is better than the USD team that laid the wood to us at home. If The had the ability to turn this around we would not have this mess of a roster. We sent Nero packing and have a whole slew of guards that only create for ourselves and down ...

Re: Looking Ahead

Is there anyway Dame sees the predicament that the basketball program is in and funds the buyout? I know he is loyal to coach but he has a huge amount of loyalty towards the community as well. The gap between coach and the community is growing. Attendance has been trending down but last night was as...

Olds I don't remember a team quitting 10 minutes in during the Coach A era. But heres your fact check Olds. Coach As worst losses. Re: Looking Ahead

I flip a coin before I read the "insider info" from Olds. Half of the time he isn't close on his predictions. That comment about people not taking you serious if you boycott the program is absolute horse crap. My donations and sponsorship has ceased. But I still love the university. They need to kno...

Re: Looking Ahead

I have attended a handful of practices and pick up games. Diakite has recovered from his ACL surgery, but required an additional scope to clean out some scar tissue. He will be full speed by November's games. Zdor, Kozak, Fuller, and Kupsas all look improved and a lot more confident. Zdor put on ab...

This has to be the worst team during the Rahe tenure. Almost as many TOs as points. We look like a non D1 cupcake tonight.

Re: End of Season grades

I want you all to compare and contrast Randy's first season in 2007 to this crap circus we just endured. Remember how quickly he rallied support from the students and community. Remember how first, tough and unified the kids were. Besides Patton, none of the kids were highly recruited or considered ...

We are not even mentioned

We have fallen so far that KSL does not even mention us in the article about where all the in state schools are or aren't playing. We are the only D1 program in the state left off the list. https://www.ksl.com/article/46512769/what-about-the-nit-heres-where-utahs-other-teams-will-play-in-the-postsea...

Re: Big Sky Tournament - Boise

Hey, what are you worried about? You still have oldrunner's favorite, Jordan Dallas.... Haha Olds has a hard time admitting when he is wrong about a player. When interest in a supposed three star player drops and they aren't getting any real offers, that's generally a sign that they're a bust. I ne...

Re: Big Sky Tournament - Boise

I feel bad for Braxton. He could have been used better and I'm sure this team of selfish quick shooting the 3 is not what he signed up for 5 years ago.
