• Hi Guest,

We've updated the site to combine all the forums that were part of the Big Sky Fans Network into one location. This will make it easier to navigate and participate in all the discussions for each school without having to have multiple accounts, etc. We are still working out some tweaks but please let us know if you notice anything.

With the migration, in some circumstances, your username could have been merged with one of your other usernames from the other forums. If this is the case, you can request to change your username in your account details page of your profile.

I can at least dream of such a thing (1) coming to fruition, which I would consider at least a minor miracle, and (2) this consortium realizing that their second division needs to have much more schools than the first division and thus they need the Big Sky to be involved.

And there are multiple reasons to suggest such a thing. (1) Inevitably, there’s going to be different payouts for first level teams and all others, so that second level needs to be in 2 or 4 groups to reduce travel costs. (2) Closer rivalries, duh. (3) Creates the need for promotion playoff games. Meanwhile, first division presence has obvious benefits.

However… yes, a minor miracle is required for this to actually happen. In theory, it would be because a media partner agrees to help pay for it. Not sure that’s the way to bet. But at least there’s talks.
