Washington State defensive tackle Andy Roof was kicked out of school, four months after being arrested for allegedly head-butting a man at a party.
Coach Paul Wulff said the student conduct board decided to dismiss Roof, a 6-foot-9, 299-pound senior from Spokane.
"I was very disappointed when I heard the decision," Wulff said in a statement released by the school. "Since I arrived on campus, Andy has been a great leader for this program on the field, in the locker room, in the classroom and done everything we ask of all student-athletes."

He's a d1-a defensive tackle with experience. He also knows the Cougar play calls.

He also got kicked out of school for misconduct. I'd say I guy like that is better off poisoning Montana's locker room. Besides, he probably only has one year of eligibility left, and I think we're better off concentrating our scholarships on freshman.

I see your point...still, fbs transfers are the life blood of the top-tier of the fcs.
one or two play makers can mean the difference between watching and participating in the playoffs....we need to compete
