I haven't heard that, but it wouldn't surprise me. Portland is closer to his hometown, Burton played at the UW, and he'd be the second UW running back in a few years to come down...

PSU needs to take a look down at some great prospects in San Diego. I've ref'd San Diego High School football for 15 years and this year's crop of seniors are incredible. Here's my top three Under-the-Radar football players (Solid 2-3 star players) that can definitely play immediately:

Eh, the fact that they were looking at PSU in the first place says something about the program. We're hopefully on the way back, because players in the area are starting to look at the school.
