THE BUZZ FOR 2012: An honorable mention All-Big Sky selection last year, Jankowski is one of the most experienced guys on this list. He's already appeared in 24 career games, and would have had a better 2011 season if he hadn't battled injuries. Jankowski has proven leadership ability, and was named as one of four team captains for the new season.
