I hope it's not too early...

So with guys that are going to redshirt being dropped from this list, we should have this going into fall practice:

DT:
Moore (spring play)
Da'ahanui (spring play)
Johnson (spring play)
Garrick
Molesi
Ka'ahanui

DE:
Boone
Tobias (spring play)
Jester (spring play)
Long (spring play)
Sulleyman (spring play)
Alexander
Davis

Am I missing anyone? For a spot that is a question mark, we seem deep. Fall camp will tell I suppose...

Is James Seuma'ala, the kid from Federal Way in the mix? I think he's a sophmore or junior.

Regardless - if our corners can hold their own, our quarterback settle in, and special teams continue to excel, the Viks are back!

I'm still a bit concerned about experience. We may have a lot of bodies, but they all need to show that they can be interchangeable so that there isn't much of a drop-off when we go down the depth chart.

Well, that's a good point. My feeling though is that would be a bigger concern with the offensive line, which as we know is very solid. Besides, we shouldn't discount the experience of Molesi, Ka'ahanui, and Alexander. I trust Nigel's assessment of these guys and his decision to bring them aboard. I just hope they put Zacks' full name on the back of his jersey ! (Zachary Akaokurukurumailagi Ka’ahanui)

There is a rumor floating that PSU is about to sign a "monster" of a DE. evidently coming out of a
major fbs program with 1 year of eligibility left. probably graduate studies like Miles Wade.
Described as a "game changer". stand by

If that's true, we might have a great D-Line after all. If these guys can play to their potential, the LB corps will be able to shine.
