I guess I'll answer my own question:

Looks like a transfer from the "U", who is now on the Vik's roster, #63 Junior Alexis.

He has been listed as OL and DL in various places on the net. It sounds like they recruited him for D line, but he'd recently been working out at OL. Maybe that precipitated his leaving. PSU guarantees him he can play DL, and he's in Portland. It sounds like maybe he had trouble making his mind up in the first place to go to Miami, having first committed to Hawaii.
