I'm hearing a rumor that we are bringing in a JC QB from the new Northwest JC league. I guess he is just a great athlete running a 4.4 40. He plays JC baseball too I guess. Throws smoke. Any truth to this? I think he played for South Sound? I don't even no if thats a real team. A JC athletelike that would be nice as an insurance policy

South (Puget)Sound CC, located outside Olympia, doesn't have a football program.

Apparently the teams in the League I posted a link to above bring in kids from all the JCs in the area, so it's not a team for each college.

Looks like my Katz dream is not going to happen. Sounds like he is considering San Diego St. and San Jose St., as well as east coast options. Just seems unlikely that Burton could convince him PSU would be the best spot for him if the NFL is his ultimate goal. I guess I shouldn’t have got my hopes up to begin with.

Why are we talking about Katz? Granted he has a good arm, but rushing?? He's nowhere.Last I heard we're still running the Pistol.

With Ramirez now in the fold, we most likely have our new starting QB for next season. That's unless Penn can outshine the JC transfer and show that he has what it takes to run the Pistol.
