2012 Sac State Pro Day

An interesting article posted on Hornetsports about the annual pro day at Sac State.

SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Mother Nature did her best to dampen the annual Sacramento State football pro day on Tuesday but the 18 players in attendance battled through the elements to take part in several tests and drills.

In front of 17 scouts and three defensive line coaches from NFL teams, players from Sacramento State, UC Davis, Humboldt State, Central Washington, Hawaii, West Liberty and Regina were measured, stretched, times and examined.

The link also posts how the Hornets did in the various events. Deadder looked to have the best day; with his size it’ll be interesting to see where he might land. Nash was out benched by a WR (Deadder) and a DB (Larche).

Nash hit 13 on the bench and was on a roll then he hit the rack and they made him start over. Following the start over he hit 19. So his numbers on the bench weren't a true test of his strength, imo.

Well that’s good to know. Kind of weird they would not count it towards his total (32), but I guess rules are rules.
