2013 Predictions

I know the preseason rankings didn't give us a lot of respect, but this team still has a ton of Ron Mcbride recruited talent left on it and from what I understand the new guys are no joke as well. The only reason Weber was picked so low is because of the poor showing last season. That poor showing was clearly due the coaching change and not due to talent. This year things should go a lot smoother because the coaches are settled in and we have added a coach who has a lot of big sky experience. If this team pulls together and wants it as much as the fans do, Weber will be a contender.
 
My issue isn't the talent level but the depth of our team. Under Mac, he is the master of recruiting, he had on average at least 15 OL and depth at almost every position. The fall roster always had the max number of players allowed to attend fall camp on it. Going into fall camp my biggest concern is our OL and depth. Cash Knight and Austin Butler were both spring starters and now they are gone. Of course that might not be such a bad thing, the OL this spring was pretty bad. I don't know if it is such an important thing to have skill players when there isn't enough lineman to block for them.
