I can't remember, if any, who is coming back from their missions. I know that Sears had, I believe 9 recruits, who went on missions and are scheduled to be back this year. We will see who decides to come back. If I missed anyone, please add.

Excellent information! Thanks for posting. Are any coming back? What about Kai Gonda?

Don't know who, if any, are coming back. Two others, Kai Gonda and Ikea Ikehara, signed but have never enrolled. Not sure if they went on missions or not. One other, Chad Leckington, left for one year but returned for this past season. Still don't know what happened to Eddy Hall. Mission? Anyone know?

First, Blake did transfer or is intending to. That kinda sucks. But Weber does have Josh. Probably need a back up kicker.

Obi, Tyler, Luke, Adam, and Roman are all graduating. I think Luke would like to play, but his body just can't take it anymore.

Pio...mission?

Gabe, Mike, and Marquel see the writing on the wall and know they won't be playing much in the future. Great kids and I hope they each find a situation that fits them.

Signing day and it is dead. Wow, I thought there would be a little more excitement. Yes, Weber was 2-10 last season, but in every game, except Arizona State, the Cats had a chance to win. There are a lot of players returning from last years team and this class proves to be an extremely deep group of recruits. There are signs that Weber should have the depth to compete even more. Will Weber win the Sky next year? Probably not, but we all know that the Cats will compete in every game and that includes the Oregon State game.

Hey, I'm excited. Part of it being dead is probably due to the fact that the majority of the signees we already knew about. I love the high number of local kids. The OL got bigger, and that was needed. Appears to be a great class, but you never really can tell for another few years. Plus, as many as half of today's signees may go on missions first. If the program can just improve every year they'll be competing for championships again with 3-5 years.

from what coach Hill said on the radio, there are still two or three yet to come in. We may also have lost one or two to some last minute poaching by some MWC teams, no names mentioned. However, the majority of our commitments stayed with us in the face of bigger programs going after them. That speaks highly of our coaching staff and the kind of kids we are getting. Looks to me like we got everything we needed to get. Many of these kids will wind up on missions, but many of these kids will be contributing early in their careers. :thumb: :thumb:
