Jordan West was Zak Hill's choice for QB; my understanding is Baldwin preferred Hennessy. Therefore, I suspect Hennessey is the guy moving forward.

First time I've heard that... Just don't want to see a schism based on fanboy activity. If Hennessey is the guy, want to see him clearly win the role. Didn't see any real separation when he got his opportunity and his propensity to injury is worrisome. Was he more exciting at times? Yes. Better overall? Don't think it was definitive.

Sort of hard to believe Coach B didn't make the change and allowed a 3 game losing streak to end the season if it was clear in his mind. Not a mind reader though.

Schism based on on fanboy activity? :?

I would think the players and coaches don't give a fuck.

Not sure the injury prone comment concerning RH is that valid. He took a vicious blindside hit in the Montana game that I don't think many players would get up from. I agree that he may not have separated himself that much from JW in the games that he played in, but with the way we switched QBs it's hard to say what he would have done as the full time starter.

I'm still trying to make sense of JW's mid season slump. He played great early on but looked horrible in the second half of the season. It's not like the competition was that much better, if any.

He was a little off at UNC for awhile but still threw for 428 and 4 touchdowns and won. He struggled in an absolute wind storm against Weber. He got pulled in the 4th quarter against NAU and wasn't given much of a chance after that.

The slump was really only a game and a half.

My gut says Reilly is the man, but it has to be a really tough decision.
