Kamiakin’s Sorensen says he’ll play at Portland State

Kamiakin senior offensive lineman Korbin Sorensen tweeted Friday night that he will be going to Portland State University.

The tweet read: “Proud to announce the future of my education and football will be at Portland State University! #RollViks.”

The 6-foot-6, 275-pound Sorensen also received scholarship offers from Idaho and Montana State.

Sorensen received Mid-Columbia Conference, Tri-City Herald All-Area and Associated Press Class 3A state first-team honors last season. He also appeared on The (Tacoma) News Tribune All-State team.

Not sure why his HUDL profile says he's a DT. Every one of his highlight films shows him on the OL (where by the way he really shows some good persistence on his blocks). Great to have him aboard!
