I'm very happy with the new Root schedule and happy to see we gained games next year. Great exposure for the Eags.

We can showcase the Black Hole aka the "visitor side" to prospective students and players on the televised home games...oh yeah, big news coming.

I would agree, but they did not do it last year because of the ratings from the previous year and PSU's lack of success.

Big news? Care to elaborate? Enough of the cloak and dagger! At this point, if they just stuck some of the same style seating as the north ez over there it would be a huge improvement for TV viewing. As long as it's tall, wide and at severe enough of an angle, I'll gladly take it.

I agree just get the same type of bleachers they have at the other end zone. Next year they have to have it if they want to make money..Montana and the Bison coming to town could get 15k for both potentially if they had the seating/ticket availability.
Heard from my uncle that the Bison fans are so desperate to attend games they join the other teams Athletic Association so they can buy tickets for their games. That my friends is a great fan base despite how they feel about us :-)

Actually Montana is this year and NDSU next year. Montana fans have been joining the EAF to get tickets for years.

Men & Women,
We keep on "BITCHING" about the seating, etc, how bad "Roos Field" Looks. I learn as a kid, which is a long time ago, if you want something done, we all need to pitch in some money. If we cannot pitch in, let us all quit bitching. I helped get the Present Suite a few years ago, and I am very proud to have done that. I am sure some of us doing all the fault finding, are Financial Wizards, get some of that Brain to get something going, as to how we can get fortinuate. I am willing to assist in what ever way possible. BTW Ronthewiseoldeagle, mentioned last month that he had gotten some information from someone, and that something will come before April. Like I have said numerous times, I will believe anything about the "Gateway Project" when something happens. Have been waiting very long for something to get started. Have a great Sunday what ever is left. Vic Wallace

Eagledawg,
Hope you enjoyed watching the Team getting ready for the Season. It was nice seeing you and the Wife at Roos Field Saturday 04/16/16. The Attendances are getting little larger each Scrimmage. Let us hope next week Saturday, the Red and White Game bring out a very big crowd. Vic Wallace

Vic, if all EWU fans had the passion that you've had and showed for decades at this University, we'd be in a hell of a lot better shape! :thumb:

Also, if there is ANY good news to report about a possible renovation happening soon, this would be the week to tell us! Today is the start of Eagle week with the big day being Saturday at the Killin. Here's to hoping for a fantastic week of great news!

ewueagle2010,
I appreciate your kind words. I just hate to see or hear some people attempting to run our programs down. If we all love this Program, we should make the positive comments along with the negative comments. I know how much we have been waiting for something to happen with the "Gateway Project". I know how people feel about the program, and the Stadium lacking of a lot of things. Maybe one day it will come, my only concern "am I and others in my age bracket, will be around to see ground breaking". Like you have said, let us hope something comes this week. This is "Eagle Week" (RED AND WHITE) Go Eagles!!!!!Vic Wallace
